Project Description
The project envisaged the construction of the new distribution ring of overheated water to substations as part of the redevelopment of the thermal power plant in service of the “Giannina Gaslini” Pediatric Hospital in Genoa.
The distribution of heat is carried out through a network within the hospital complex, with characteristics similar to those of a heating network that, starting from the plant, serves special exchanges located in the various distributed buildings area of expertise.
The new network was built with UNI EN 10216-1 seamless steel pipes running in ducted ducting duces and/or underground or bracketed vaults. Special linear and angular dilation joints have been sized and installed.
